SENCILLO
This elegant beach house sits 30 mins away from Lagos’ city center. My team was brought on to plan, coordinate and execute a series of events and campaigns for the launch the brand. Along with establishing brand standards, developing media strategy, and hosting launch events, I was also kept on as a creative consultant.
My team matched the minimalist architectural elements and design aesthetic with marketing visuals to fully reflect and celebrate its serene surroundings. We secured videographers, photographers, vendors, etc. and highlighted the series of spaces that could be used for multiple gathering niches, as well as communal spaces for entertaining, with the pool being the main focal point.
As a result of a successful launch and media campaign, sencillo is currently the #1 luxury beach house destination in Lagos. The Instagram page increased from 0 to over 12K followers in the first three months and has maintained a 96% occupancy rate every weekend.
